I had the pleasure of purchasing a caravan from Caravan World recently and from the minute I walked into the yard I felt welcome and in good hands. Doug was amazing and went over and above to assist me to choose my van and spending the time explaining everything I needed to know about it and what was required by my tow vehicle, which was all completed on site on pick up day. Doug went right through the van and and pointed out small things that required fixing, which was all done without extra cost and in a timely fashion. Marty did the handover and again it was no problem for him to fix anything required and to explain even more on how the van worked and some lessons on hitching up etc (I had never towed a van previously).
