Shipping & Delivery Policy

All caravans are available for collection from Caravan World.

Delivery or transport can be arranged at the purchaser’s request. Any transport costs will be quoted separately and must be agreed upon prior to dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeframes provided are indicative only and may vary depending on transport availability, location, and stock status.

Risk in the caravan passes to the purchaser upon collection or dispatch from Caravan World.

Refund Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For minor issues that can be repaired within a reasonable time, we have the right to choose between repairing, replacing, or refunding the item.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind unless agreed to in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

Caravans sold by Caravan World may come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details are provided at the time of purchase.

Important Note:

Your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law exist independently of this warranty and are not limited by it.

Claims & Fault Reporting

Any faults not submitted in this claim will have to be submitted as a new claim.

All claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation, including photographs where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caravan World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
